“I ordered a headlight and 2 fog lights for my Harley. Delivery was prompt, however one of the lights is clearly defective as at rattles inside like a phony Rolex watch. I explained the problem and asked how to get that light replaced. They emailed me back saying I need to take a picture of the rattle along with a bunch of other nonsense. I get the sense they are screwing with me. Either that, or the customer service person "David" does not understand English. If they correct the obvious customer service problem with their next email back, I'll revise this review accordingly. We'll see ...”
