“Ordered a pair of boots for gift , shop shipped it with Royal Mail , parcel has been delivered to unknown neighbour and signed in my behalf with no authorisation. Parcel is lost , i have contacted the shop and their response is : 14 days after claimed delivery they can investigate. I don't have nor the time or the will to wait due to their poor delivery methods .”

The package was delivered and signed by the neighbour along with the scanned location of the delivery but the buyer is disputing delivery. We have started the investigation with the courier company & once we have an update we shall share the same to the customer. We are unable to refund the order or send a replacement until then.
