Terrible customer service. Sent me a faulty pair of shoes. I sent photos of this via email and was told to post the shoes back and that I would be refunded. I did this to then be told I would not be receiving a refund after all, as the faulty boots do not meet the required conditions! Total waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs.

Items that are excessively worn, damaged, or no longer resellable are not eligible for a refund. In this case, the returned boots showed signs of wear and had no manufacturing defects, so a refund could not be issued. Terrible experience - product was ordered for next day delivery but eventually had to be cancelled because still not fulfilled after several weeks

The order was fulfilled on our end and was not cancelled. However, due to an exceptionally high volume of shipments during the holiday season, the courier was unable to complete delivery as expected. Once the issue was identified, a full refund was promptly issued. We always strive to provide reliable service and appreciate your understanding.

Bought Hoka Goretex trainers through their Amazon store. Started leaking after 3 runs (within 6 weeks). Contacted legend footwear and they told me that it was fair wear and tear, and wasn’t a manufacturers defect (despite not even seeing the shoes). Despite me advising they are breaching the consumer act as the trainers are not of an adequate quality or fit for purpose, they are refusing to repair/replace or refund claiming that its fair to expect goretex trainers to leak after exceptionally minimal wear. I see the vendor has replied that the footwear was outside of their standard return timeframe, which materially misses the point of The Comsumer Rights act where even after a 30 day return period, if the shoes are of an inadequate quality or not fit for purpose (which these clearly are) you are still entitled to remediation as a consumer. I have ended up needing to dispute the charge via my credit card company given the inflexibility shown by this seller

As your cancellation request was received after the order had shipped, we immediately initiated a Return to Sender (RTS) with our courier. Beware! If you'll have to return an item you'll lose a lot of money. I paid $ 135, and the refund was $ 80.

The customer has sent a worn item back. This is against our return policy, we had to charge a restocking fee as we cannot sell the item as brand new. Customers can certainly try items on a clean carpet, checking the fit of the boots. It should be done in a way that does not cause damage to the boots.

Trainers arrived but were in used condition and clearly used. Pictures and emails sent to customer service with no response.

Ordered a pair of Hunters Boots. The one boot seem smaller than the other. Raised issue with both Hunters and Legend but despite sending several chasing emails I have still not had a response from either. Very poor service from Legelnd Footwear - I would not recommend.

Unfortunately my item has not arrived yet because you use Royal mail and despite the fact they sent an email with times on they failed to deliver the parcel , choosing instead to try to deliver it before the time stated , having been at home during the promised times I subsequently wasted a day waiting for it to no avail, then they tried the day after , but I had already asked for it to come on the Saturday to avoid another day being wasted , I've no idea if it will arrive on Saturday as the Royal Mail service is truly terrible . If it does I will happily re submit a review , at the moment though it's only 1 star from me because of the farce that is the royal mail .

According to Royal Mail’s tracking, the delay occurred because the recipient was unavailable to receive the parcel, and it was successfully delivered on 23rd November 2024. I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered multiple sizes and figured out what my size was and so when I went to make the return, it turns out I need to pay the shipping per item. So the shipping comes to $48 rather than the $12 that stated on their website. They told me that if I combined all the products into one box I’m only insured against the one on the shipping label. I’ve been back-and-forth with customer service and their responses are vague and confusing.

They sent the wrong size shoes without forewarning me, with a sheet in the package saying they had changed the sizing. It was time consuming to return them although it was free.

Order processing time and shipment were speedy. However, shoes arrived damaged (tear in leather). Legend replied to my first email, asking for photos, which I provided. I still haven't heard back from them and now they aren't replying to my emails. Not happy.

We affirm that a comprehensive inspection and quality assessment are performed on each order before dispatch to guarantee that the item is in immaculate and brand-new condition. There has been no previous communication from the customer, nor has a return been initiated. We have made efforts to reach out to the customer for images; however, we have not received any images or responses. We kindly urge our customers to avoid posting misleading feedback without first contacting us regarding any issues, as customers are always welcome to return items for a full refund, provided the order is within our return window and the product remains unworn.

Not reccomended. I wish I read reviews before ordering a shoes from Legendfootwear. They sold defective shoes cost me £150, defect was clearly visible and they claim them staff inspect good before shipment. Despite that I offered to take shoes to cobbler and fix as they do not had replacement. The cost of repair is about £50, but manager offered refund of "good will' of £10. What a joke atitude towards custumer. Furthermore I suspect them selling defective stuff on purpose getting them cheaper and try scam custumers. This could be felt if read more reviews they are very simillar. Will report this issue to trading standarts too. Stay away.

We affirm that all products undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse prior to being dispatched to our customers. We accepted the return of the footwear; however, the customer did not return the shoes for a refund. Additionally, we offered a discount to the customer. How can we, as the seller, be held responsible in this situation when we accepted the return but the customer failed to return the shoes?

Sandals arrived damaged and unwearable! I returned sandals and got a partial refund! They still charged me postage costs even though it was their fault. My time and energy having to repack them and go to post office through no fault of my own… to still be charged for postage. Avoid this Company…

I returned a pair of shoes that were too large and was charged $50 for the return. The shoes had never been warm and were returned in the EXACT packaging they had been shipped to me. This frankly is outrageous.

The customer has returned an item that shows signs of wear. This goes against our return policy, so we had to apply a restocking fee since we cannot sell the item as new. Customers are welcome to try on items on a clean carpet to check the fit of the shoes, as long as it is done without causing any damage. We have already provided the customer with images of the worn item.
