“The customer service was excellent. On this occasion I’d ordered some sandals which were well discounted. Unfortunately due to a bunion problem, they needed to be returned. I made the issue more complicated as I couldn’t see a returns label inside the box. After chatting with customer service a pre paid envelope was available online. So I’d paid myself to send the shoes back when I needn’t have. I sent them a copy of my tracking info from the receipt and once they’d received them, a prompt refund was applied back into my account. I would recommend them.”

“Incredible customer service! After purchasing a pair of boots from Legend Footwear via "guest check out" on Ebay, I was not getting any updates. No order receipt, shipping info, nothing. I began to panic as my credit card had been charged. THEN, I realized, I'dI used the wrong email address suffix. ("Brain fart" 🥴). I tried to contact someone at Ebay to correct my mistake but could only get a chat bot that went in circles. I then emailed customer service at Legend Footwear and received an immediate response from Preetam. Preetam assured me that my boots were on their way and provided me with a tracking number. The boots arrived within five days and I love them! Preetam was a gem to communicate with throughout. Great customer care! Great company!”
