“Found website on Google searching for boots. One of the cheapest sites around. Boots were exactly what I was looking for and right price, could pay via PayPal and over 3 payments which made them more affordable. Delivery was very quick and email updates great. Boots, of course took some bedding in but are exactly as wanted. All good.”

“I placed an order a month ago, and the speed of delivery was impressive - it took only three days. The only problem is that the parcel wasn't delivered to my address. So a month on, I still have no shoes or compensation. Royal Mail are apparently investigating it, but given the lack of communication or any updates from either Royal Mail or Legend Footwear + the amount of time it is taking, this whole experience has been extremely frustrating. Legend Footwear used to be the first place I would look for new shoes. Not any more.”

We understand that the buyer is disputing that the package was received, however have filed a claim with the courier company. We understand that this may be frustrating, but we are unable to process a refund for the order until we have any outcome for the claim. We advise customers that if they have any concerns with their order, they can reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

“Very happy with the zamberlan walking shoes, good looking shoes . I have a pair of walking boots from zamberlan so I know they are good. Legend footwear dispatched them quickly and were delivered next day. Very happy.”
