“I returned a pair of shoes that were too large and was charged $50 for the return. The shoes had never been warm and were returned in the EXACT packaging they had been shipped to me. This frankly is outrageous.”

The customer has returned an item that shows signs of wear. This goes against our return policy, so we had to apply a restocking fee since we cannot sell the item as new. Customers are welcome to try on items on a clean carpet to check the fit of the shoes, as long as it is done without causing any damage. We have already provided the customer with images of the worn item.

“I had never heard of Legend before until I was searching for a pair of Sperry's boat shoes. I am always a bit dubious about buying from smaller retailers and I usually like the big stores that offer easy returns. But I was amazed and delighted to read that Legend do in fact offer a free returns service. Brilliant! Thankfully I didn't need to return the Sperry's as they are fantastic. I will happily search for shoes on Legend again.”

“This is the third time I've ordered from Legend Footwear and I'm very pleased with them. I've had an a hind foot fusion operation so my ankle doesn't bend. I needed a shoe with a rocker sole to compensate for this. Legend Footwear had quite a few to choose from. I'm not a sporty person even though I ordered MBT running shoes. They are rocker soles and waterproof, I wanted them to walk my dogs across the fields. From ordering to delivery it was very easy and the communication was good”
