“My daughter was very chuffed with her Doc Martens and wore them all Christmas Day inside the house! Size 6.5 perfect fit (she is normally a size 6.5 but you can never tell how sizing will work out). Boots came extremely well packaged in their box inside another solid box. Thankyou”

“I Fever received my pair of shoes. After 3 weeks got a refund but an investigation never took place and I was not provided with any updates. When I requested to but again those shoes at the same price, I was told to make another order with the current price. I will never buy any shoes ever again using this shop. Ps: as of now, my package is still not delivered.”

Please be aware the order was placed just before Christmas, many deliveries do get misplaced and lost during these peak times and delivery timeframes are longer than usual. The above being an international order, took longer to investigate given the destination of the order and the time period. After the investigation, a full refund was provided and as the customer wanted the item again, we asked them to place a new order as the order was already refunded. They never ask for a price match as we would have provided it had they asked us about it. We request our customers to contact us directly to sort out any issues they may have before posting a feedback with regards to our products and services.
