“I ordered a pair of vivobarefoot womens sandals which between ordering and being dispatched become out of stock, these things happens. I decided to cancel the order instead of waiting for new stock to come in. Customer services cancelled my order without any quibbles and my refund was made promptly so I am very happy with the customer service.”

“Super impressed with how fast the delivery was. I was feeling dubious as the price seemed too good to be true on some really good Vivobarefoot hydra esc but after reading mostly good reviews I decided to bite the bullet and the shoes arrived within 2 working days and in perfect condition. Will definitely be a return customer. Super happy with the service on all counts.”
