“Boots are great but website needs sizing information on the width choices available ie EE or D what does it mean mine are a bit wide but have worn them now so to late to return found out EE means wide fitting by the way I purchased Thorogood moc toe safety boots”

“Ordered boots from Legend Footwear on Amazon and had the WORST experience! I paid for expedited shipping. However, they failed to mention that if I placed an order on a Friday they wouldn't bother to ship the item until Monday since they close for the weekend. Let me tell you how much I appreciate my package arriving late for your day off. Then, I received an email on Monday saying they couldn't ship until I confirmed that I wanted the boot they had in stock (Not the boot pictured on amazon). It wasn't the same boot at all. NO, I DON'T WANT A DIFFERENT BOOT. I WANT THE ONE YOU SOLD ME WHEN I PURCHASED THE F'ING THING. Then I had to go through the process of calling Amazon Support to have them send an official cancelation which only took forever of course. If I could give you zero stars I would. Bad business practices and terrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!”
