“ORIGINAL REVIEW: Good choice of quality footwear. I was glad to find one of my favored brands there (Pikolinos). Shame that most of them sizes UK8.5-9 (EUR43) are out of stock, otherwise would ordered more. Hence two stars off. Ordered shoes arrived quickly, in good packaging, timely notifications emailed. Thanks UPDATE: Customer service is top rate! I've had to return (unfortunately) one pair for refund. The whole process was simple with clear instructions. Had fast response from LEGEND FOOTWEAR. Still, one star off. Reason is that out of seven pairs of different shoes/boots on my wishlist only one pair of my size (UK9) was in stock. Many thanks”

“I can't fault the ease of ordering and the timely delivery. However, the boots I thought I'd ordered had white top stitching and the ones I received did not. Disappointed about this but the Pikolinos ankle boots are stylish and comfortable so I have no problem hanging on to them.”

“Delivery arrived on time thank you. Shame the product didn’t fit in either size we ordered but that is no reflection on you, the footwear just didn’t fit my narrow feet. The packaging was in good condition so all in all it was a good experience. Just now waiting the refund after sending them back on Friday (it’s now Sunday) so expect to see this shortly once you have processed the return”

“Not delivered on time as Postman delivered twice 1st time I was not home. I changed delivery preference to deliver to my next door neighbour. 2nd delivery the Postman did not follow instructions. I had to go to the Post Office Depot to pick it up”
