“My Track 25 Low GTX confirmation #FEIFANQ8V was received 2/6/25 in new condition however upon putting the on they were tight. The ECCO box is labeled size EU 43, but the shoes are size EU 42 marked on the shoe inside soles.”

We can confirm we dispatched the correct size that was ordered. We have not received any complaint from the customer and also no return request is created as of now.
