“I ordered two pairs of shoes on separate occasions. They were both delivered really fast. I liked how they arrived, not in a plastic bag but in a cardboard box with the shoes in their shoebox inside. I had to return one pair which was fairly straight forward. Returns are not free and I had to print out my own return label. Not received confirmation of return or money yet but guessing it will be with me in a week.”
