“The boots were lovely but I followed Redwing’s advice and ordered a half size smaller. They arrived nicely boxed but without swing tags. Unfortunately my left foot was pinched by the boot and I’ve had to return them. As soon as I’m refunded I’ll be ordering the proper size.”

“Boots arrived in such poor condition I believed they were fake. I took them to HD who confirmed the are authentic, but brought in bulk from stock witch failed quality control. HD were speechless that I was charged more than RRP for defected goods. They are misshapen, covered in glue, stitching messy the sole bigger than the mood itself. Absolute disaster! Needless to being sold as safley boots, despite failing to pass standards is pretty dam shocking! HD confirmed they do not distribute their offical gear to any company within the UK.”

Each product undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch. We source directly from the brand and are authorized sellers, listed officially on marketplaces. We've provided a prepaid label for a free refund. The alleged quality issues do not align with our standards, and we assure you this is not representative of how the boots were sent. It's a false allegation imposed on us.

“So far, a very positive experience with Legend Footwear. I fell in love with the Ilse Jacobsen Tulip slip-ons when I saw them on-line, but haven't been buying much these days since my workplace was shuttered and I have no income. The Tulip slip-ons were less money at Legend than any stores here in the U.S., where I live, despite the international shipping cost. Caved and ordered them from Legend, and am so glad that I did. To my pleasant astonishment, the shoes 'jumped the pond' and arrived at my door in New York City in 3 days. I love them! Don't know how they'll hold up in the long run, but so far, they fit like a glove and are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Legend Footwear to my U.S. friends, and would buy from them again.”
