“It was some time before I took my new boots out in the wet, so I only found that they had somehow missed their waterproof coating after the 30 day return period. It's hard to understand how this could happen - are they seconds or fakes? Legend claimed, obviously wrongly, that the warranty only applied if bought direct from Keen. Keen say Legend should deal with it. The distributor just passes the buck. I'm stuck in the middle. I hope neither Legend or Keen will expect me to ever deal with them again!”

“Legend made ordering and paying very easy. Once the goods had been posted to me I was able to track the progress of my parcel and it arrived in good time. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit as I'd hoped but the return process was, again, very easy. A really good company to deal with. Thank you!”
