“It was extremely difficult to do a refund. I tried to use the online form twice and no label came. I used the online chat and they said to email customer services for a label, no reply. I then had to call and ask for a label which did arrive quickly. I think it's unacceptable how difficult this process was in this day in age.”

We had a system update error during the time the customer was trying to contact us to get a return label. We have since then fixed the technical issue. We request all our customers that if you are unable to generate a return label through our website, to please contact us via email: sales@legendfootwear.co.uk and we be more than happy to help you with your returns.
