“Purchased some Merrell boots from their website last week. They arrived bang on time but upon trying them on my usual size felt a little bit tight. I Ordered a pair half a size bigger while they were still on special offer and then initiated the process with them to return the original pair for a refund on the Friday afternoon, by Tuesday afternoon they'd arrived back with them, been checked over and refunded! Can't complain at that for speed of service and the return was free as well which was just an extra bonus. Would happily purchase from these guys again based on my excellent experience this time around.”
