“Unfortunately my item has not arrived yet because you use Royal mail and despite the fact they sent an email with times on they failed to deliver the parcel , choosing instead to try to deliver it before the time stated , having been at home during the promised times I subsequently wasted a day waiting for it to no avail, then they tried the day after , but I had already asked for it to come on the Saturday to avoid another day being wasted , I've no idea if it will arrive on Saturday as the Royal Mail service is truly terrible . If it does I will happily re submit a review , at the moment though it's only 1 star from me because of the farce that is the royal mail .”

According to Royal Mail’s tracking, the delay occurred because the recipient was unavailable to receive the parcel, and it was successfully delivered on 23rd November 2024. Shipping delays are beyond our control; still, we do our best to connect with the courier to expedite delivery. We advise being present at the delivery address to prevent such delays. “Thrilling discovery! I wanted very much a certain brand of boots which cost way over what was ok for me.....then discovered Legend Footwear and found them over £80 cheaper!!!! Very easy to order, quick straightforwrad delivery.....it was all so easy I was almost suspicious....but the boots came and are GREAT.
