“Product is good, but I'm really annoyed with the delivery. Legend Footwear didn't pass on my full address to the courier. It delayed the delivery and required a few phone calls to sort out. I wouldn't be too bothered if delivery was free, but I paid for it... probably won't be ordering again”

We provided the courier company with the same, full address which the customer provided upon placing the order. The parcel was despatched on 18 November 2019 and a few days later we were informed by the courier company that the phone number is needed in order to deliver the parcel. We emailed the customer and asked them for the required information since they haven't provided any contact number. The customer said they were already in touch with the courier and provided missing details. As per the tracking details, we can see that the parcel was delivered on 25 November 2019.
