We understand that the buyer is stating that the package has not been delivered yet, we have filed a claim with the courier company. We understand that this may be frustrating, but we are unable to process a refund for the order until we have any outcome for the claim. Once we get the outcome, we will promptly initiate further steps to resolve the issue. We advise customers that if they have any concerns with their order, they can reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
