Thank you for your feedback. We regret any inconvenience caused. As your cancellation request was received after the order had shipped, we immediately initiated a Return to Sender (RTS) with our courier. The RTS is currently in process, and we are closely monitoring it. Your refund will be issued once we receive confirmation of the return. We’ve been in direct contact and have shared all relevant updates with you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
