Hi Shana, Upon tracking your package, we discovered that it was re-routed by our delivery partner, which unfortunately led to a delay in its delivery to your address. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you were expecting your package to arrive within the specified timeframe. We have escalated the matter and are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that your package is delivered to you without any further delay & if not delivered until 24 - 48 hours, we shall initiate a full refund.

“Very easy to use website. The shoes were delivered v quickly. When opened they were in pristine condition, you could not tell they were ex display. I’m very impressed with speed and quality. I can see myself recommending them to others and reusing as the need arises.”

“The shoes that I received were a completely different colour from those shown in the photos on your website. When I returned them, I enclosed a letter asking if you could supply me with shoes in the colour that I really wanted. I know that you received the shoes that I returned, because you refunded me. However, I still have no reply to my letter, nor even an acknowledgement, after three and a half weeks! What very poor service from Legend Footwear.”

“I was a little sceptical about placing the order with a company I wasn’t familiar with but I need not have worried. The ordering process was as smooth as silk, I was notified at each stage of the delivery process and the shoes arrived within a few days of placing the order.
