"Absolutely turned into trash! I believe that solotica is under new management who don\u2019t care at all about quality & hence the lenses have become ugly, uncomfortable, & extremely inconsistent between batches! After 15 years of loyalty I will be finding a different brand."

"SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. COMPLETE SCAM. Deals were too good to be true, guess what? YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! I put in my order December 21. I was told that my package would be shipped within two weeks. When I emailed them to my shock I was told that my package was shipped to my house, but I wasn't home-- on what day you ask? DECEMBER 16. How is a package shipped even before I ordered something? even weirder? when I click the link they sent me to track my package, it says attempt ship December 21. THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE. The email sent to me states that I was given a yellow slip, I WAS NOT GIVEN A YELLOW SLIP. When I try to fill out a redelivery request, it says that redelivery was filled out already, by who? I sure as heck didn't sign for a redelivery. Over all, it seems as If I have been duped. Package is no where to be seen. Pretty sure I was just charged for nothing. Please, don't give in to PAID INFLUENCERS telling you to buy the product."

"First of all they sent me a messed up\/ damaged lenses, they are damaged and not centered in the middle which made me look retarted looking at opposite directions and also blocked my vision. I reached out to them and they were not being responsive or helpful, but they were being rude and unbelievably lazy. I even sent them pictures of the lenses and the rest was unopened, BECAUSE HOW ON EARTH WOULD I KNOW IF THESE LENSES ARE MESSED UP IF I DONT TRY AT LEAST A PAIR?! I AM WARNING YOU! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEMMMM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND IT BACK TO YOU! COMPLETE FRAUD! I AM WARNING YOU. PURCHASE LENSES FROM SOMEWHERE YOU TRUST!"
