“Be aware that these lenses are sold individually, which honestly is ridiculous considering people usually have two eyes 😆. If you place an order for colored contact lenses, make sure you select a quantity of 2; otherwise, you’ll receive only one lens. I paid $60 for mine and only got one lens, which left me with no choice but to throw it in the garbage.”
“For years, this used to be my go to site. Over the years, they have gone downhill drastically. They used to allow free shipping after you spend a certain amount but that is long gone. That is not even the issue. They used to ship via FedEx and you will receive your order in 2-3 days. Now they charge you a lot for shipping and takes 3 weeks for you to receive your order. They also ship it in bubble envelop instead of a box like they used to. My contacts arrived damaged. Used to be my favorite store but I'll shop elsewhere.”

I reached out to the company on several occasions regarding this matter. I have order in the past same contacts and this time they really disappointed me and not offered to address matter. My recent purchase of Anesthesia Anesthetic Fonesta lenses, however, was a complete letdown. Not only was the color different than expected, but the lenses blurred my vision after just a few hours. What's worse is the abysmal customer service I received. It took weeks to get a response, and after jumping through hoops (including destroying the defective lenses), my reasonable request for a replacement pair of my trusted Bella Elite Emerald Green lenses was denied. This complete lack of support for a loyal customer is shocking and frankly, feels like a betrayal. I'll be taking my business to Bella Elite directly and can no longer recommend Lensme.”
