“I have never ever had such shocking customer service for such a big company 1 person dealing with deposits is not sufficcent . I have called every day for 3 weeks even though my tennancy ended 20 Aug and been told every day the balance would be made available the next day . This is not the case no one takes my calls or calls or even emails back . I have now lost the window to put a deposit on another property I have planned moving to and I still have not got a reply or ANY HELP whatsoever form the Deposits department at lenwells I am disgusted with the service and will never use them again.”

“Looked at this property a few times but never emailed, after viewing a property today I have an idea of what I am looking for regarding the size and location of a property. The property I viewed today was more than the 1 I'm enquiring about now but this one is priced less and bigger, the call from the agent was a lovely call nice lady, very professional nothing more can be added at this time.”

“Disappointed that with two guarantors (mortgage free) that my daughter who is a student on DSS is unable to find a property to rent. Agency was polite. Due to this discriminatory treatment I will join others by selling our property elsewhere.”

“Because I'm a single parent who works part time looking a place registered with a bunch of dss sites but when I go to view them they say no dss. I just need someone to help me and give me a chance I'd make a great tenant not a trouble maker let me know if u can help thanks. Jaimey-lee johnson”
