“My wife book appointment in Northampton branch to see a house. Nobody call back to confirm. When my wife was in front of house she call agency and a women said she had wrong number - she can call on same phone because was same number. She said in 30 minutes will come someone to show house and just drop call. After 30 minutes has come someone else but she had wrong keys and said sorry and left without any solution. My wife was with one women and 3 kids (2 x 1 year and one 5 years) and spend money on taxi and one hour and half just to see back of agent and to see how rude can be people????”

Hi Thank you for your feed back following your wife's recent experience with our team in Northampton. We have spoken to Tatjana, the branch manager and she has explained their side of situation that took place. Unfortunately the phone number was taken down wrong and the email address was incorrect so they were unable to confirm the appointment. Also unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control they were unable to get into the property when they arrived and we can only apologise for that. Jolanta did explain this to your wife at the time and explained once we can gain entry she would be in contact. Your wife was happy with this at the time.

“A great big thanks to karen Meikleham and her team in the Dunstable office. Their Efficiency and Professionalism was second to none. Karen in particular went to great efforts even on her day off to respond to my questions and help me with my enquiries. Its rare these days to find a Company that have staff as dedicated as this that will go the extra mile to ensure an excellent service. I want to thank you Karen and your team for all the help it ment so much at the time. I cant reccomend Lenwells enough for anyone wishing to rent or buy a property and I will be sure to use them again in the future. Thanks again for all your help it was greatly appreciated. Viv”

“My name is mobolanle Williams I live in London I just want to move to Milton Keynes. Have started there before I love it. Have got bed health have got sciatica on my back have also got arthritis 5 different places on my body. I use 2 crutch when getting out but when an inside I do use stick to move around have also got 15 years old boy starting with me. Have been written off work because of my disability my mobility in walking so very slow I try my best to help myself that is what I can tell about myself. That why I was asking if they take dss thanks for letting me explain myself to you have a nice day.”

“It was my first big move relocating to a new town in Hitchin. I managed to find a unit through Lenwell which was handled by Patrycja Tkaczyk. Overall, I am very satisfied with the delivery and professionalism provided Pat! Stress free and no fuss at all. The entire moving experience with Pat was great! She is very prompt and diligent in her handling. The communication with the Hitchin team e.g. to Paula (when Pat was engaged/away) was great too! Everyone is very helpful. I would totally endorsed and recommend her and the Hitchin's Lenwell team to anyone looking for a unit at Hitchin. Great work again Pat! :)”
