“Charged me £160 for cleaning but TDS only awarded them £50, wanted another £22.50 because apparently I gave keys in 2 hours late, but I proved otherwise. They did scam £80 extra. KEEP SWAY FROM THESE AGENTS. Especially MALIK AND TAMARA.”

“No updates on my booking what so ever. Agent said 3PM on tuestday. I came to the location exactly on time and been waiting for 30 minutes. After calling the agency another agent picked up. Jordan. Who said that it hasn't been confirmed. Wasted time and money to get there.”

“Lenwell were very professional and helpful throughout our tenancy process. They ensured we were kept up to date with the progress of our application and they made the whole process very easy and pleasant. We would not hesitate letting a property from Lenwell again. Michelle from Dunstable branch was very approachable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.”

“The ladies working in Bedford branch are very helpful, friendly and professional. From the beginning the lady helping me has made it pleasant to look and find the place we wanted, she later made the whole procedure really easy for us, and happily helped me with all the questions I had. Due to receive my keys Monday. Very happy!”
