“Fast, friendly and helpfull”

“Michelle Gooding is the best in UK letting agent. My ex wife had a problems with renting and she was very helpful to solve it. Other agents would said there is no help but no Michelle Gooding. About my first review with lenwell it was about maintenance but this person is not working anymore and Lenwell will sort it shortly.”

“Fairly courteous, but not impressed with the demand for 6 months rent upfront when I have been Self Employed since June 2017, and therefore due to online filing rules, am unable to furnish 2 full years of tax returns yet. 2018/2019 is not yet due. If asked, I could have advised details of my current landlord's Letting Agent, who will confirm an impeccable payment history by standing order on the 1st of every month. Not impressed.”

“Initially very happy with the service and the colleagues but support from head office has been awful. Dealt with Tamara who I found to be rude and uncaring. I would suggest that Lenwell’s need a full review of their customer service policies and I would invite Rob Wellstead to review the email exchanges and phone conversations to see if he would be happy paying for that level of support and service?”
