Ordered and paid for two couches waited 6 months, never got them.
Called multiple times, left messages no call backs, terrible customer service and no communication. If I did get a hold of someone they were rude and didn’t seem to want to help. I finally cancelled my order and then had to call multiple times to get my refund.
Terrible company.

Bought a lazy boy online because it was available for pick up January 05 2026 now finding out that there is no stock and they have no idea when it will be available was told could be months or years asked for refund was told that person is not working this week.Horrible customer service.

Leons warranty third party service took 5 weeks to deem unfixable - now that they are saying they are going to return my momey so i can get a new one - they are giving a hard time about how much they are willing to give back - they will only give a credit of what i paied and if the machine is less they will be keeping the money left over - no refund of remaining.

The manufacturer said they would send Leon’s an email explaining it’s the store to give us a refund or new range and when we went back they gave us the run around that’s it’s not in them but the manufacturer.
