Refund - Difficult

The manufacturer said they would send Leon’s an email explaining it’s the store to give us a refund or new range and when we went back they gave us the run around that’s it’s not in them but the manufacturer.

that allow a 10 days return or refund for faulty products, the manager escalated by calling the police, falsely accusing me of damaging the machine during installation.

Now the mattress has a 200 night return policy (it hasn’t been that yet) but they don’t tell you it’s not a refund til after you pay for it.

Leon's will not refund us for a defective metal bed frame - two metal holes fractured and the bed collapsed.

Worse service ever. Bought a stove in April, got it delivered in May damaged with the over glass lowered seeing all the installation. Here we are July 10th & they are still saying they don't have a new stove available & they refuse to refund me for a stove they have no idea when it will come in stock & then they wanted to pick up the store & leave me with nothing. They call this customer service
