Purchase a sofa paid extra for the spray protection. Sale rep said that some one would come out and spray it. Sofa arrived wrapped up in original packaging. No call to arrange for spray protection so we called them. We were told that they took the sofa out out the package and sprayed it in the warehouse and repackage it? What is the truth here?

I recently (3 weeks ago) purchased a leather recliner . Brand unknown and it was on clearance because of scuff damage to the outside leather panels. I’m trying to sit on it for the last 3 weeks it feels like nails are coming through- it like sitting on a bed of nails!! I was told after I pd for it that there was no returns - nada. I’ve bought from Leon’s before and didn’t think there would be an issue. There is if you sit on it for more than an hour your backside is peppered with small wounds.
