“I used Licensing Solutions for both my personal license exam and to submit my application to the local council. There is an extra fee for the application service, but it is 100% worth the money and for peace of mind that your application is correct before submission to the council. The whole process from passing my exam to my license being granted was just 8 working days. Mary was brilliant when I took the exam; she explained everything clearly, and I had confirmation straight away that I had passed. Dom was my main point of contact for the application. He was always very quick to come back to me via email and answer any questions, and kept me looped in on what documents were needed and when. An absolutely faultless service from the whole team. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service! they provide you with so much information, but I have to say I loved that with the manual you can print it with the added little brain teasers at the back so you can test yourself on where you need a little more revision ready for the actual test, I found that super helpful! as it’s easier to remember than just pages of information, I passed first time and got a fantastic score in only 14 minutes, it was a little nerve racking with any test but the lady over the zoom call was really professional and put me at ease, definitely use them for my staff in the future!”
