Everything was great except for DHL, such slow delivery service and I booked with home drop off but they sent it to their local package location so I was forced to borrow a car to pick it up. Not sure I’ll be ordering more if this is what I can expect

Clearly there is a problem with your product but you will not recognise this. After only 9 months of having your Buffered Vitamin C product, it turned to rock and most of it is wasted as it really is like concrete. But you will not refund me and do not even want to have the product returned to you so you can examine it. I have ordered quite a lot of products from you but won't be buying anything else from you now.
