Ordered on 2/16/26. Still haven't received shipment or refund. Policy is refund after14 business days after last movement which was 2/2/26. That would be 3/13/26. Almost a month after I ordered. This is unacceptable to hold my money that long.

I have loved LIG from the beginning & have bought a number of their shirts, hoodies, & accessories over the years. I admired the logo & the quality of the products was impressive. However, the last couple of years, I've noticed that the shirts are seriously not the same even though they are of the same type. Length can be shorter, the fabric might be thinner, & the size is off. Delivery takes a long time, but I can be patient about that. However, this past week, my box came & when I opened it, I could see that the hoodie & shirt were just stuffed into the box & looked totally mangled. WHAT??? I did contact customer care, who simply said that they would pass along my complaint. I sent them pictures, too. No further responses... I am really disappointed in Life Is Good anymore & feel that they have gone downhill. (Note: I tried to add my downloaded pictures to this review, but the page wouldn't load them)

When a suspicious login attempt triggered a full account lock, I couldn’t regain access despite repeated support requests. Barbara Hunt carefully reviewed the situation, identified the breach source, and secured my account. She successfully restored access and reinforced protections for my $142k in assets. Her professionalism and quick response made an incredibly stressful situation manageable.

I was gifted a LIG T-shirt on Christmas Eve. I wore the shirt the next day on Christmas Day. Washed it, dried it and when I took it out of the dryer the two tiny holes that appear on almost all of their shirts nowadays appeared. The quality of LIG products is no where near what it is to be. I’d include the photos I took but it keeps telling me it can’t download the photos at this time. Typical!!!

Have been wearing Life is Good tshirts for years. Now the sizing has changed. Always orfered large. Too small and shorter. Didn't know. Returned them and had to pay $4.95 handling fee. Not going to try XL because it may not fit. Another $4.95 handling fee. Life is Good is not the same. Disappointed.

I used to LOVE Life is Good shirts! Only t-shirt I'd wear. But the past couple of years every shirt I bought has holes in the lower front after just a few washes! I do get the crusher so it's thinner but if I'm paying for a product that is supposed to be good, I expect it to hold up for more than a couple washes. On the hunt for a new t-shirt brand.

I am sure that the company was sold in the last few years. I have been a customer from the beginning and the t-shirts were of the highest quality. Now they are cheaply made, the images wash off and the color stretch way beyond what would be normal.

My order never arrived. According to the tracking information it never even made it close to my state. I reached out to customer service who gave me the run around then said they would send a replacement order. When I reached out about a week later for an updated tracking number the order hadn't even been generated. I actually thought I was scammed but it was the legit company. I will never try this company again.

I have been a loyal customer for years. All of a sudden you started making womans tee shirts 2 inches shorter!! Everyone is complaining! Why? To save money on material? I can no longer support your company. This is really sad.

Placed an order on the 15th of December for items for Christmas website GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 24th when the items shipped on the 20th the Delivery date was DECEMBER 30th so much for their GUARANTEE.

I thought I was making a real investment until I tried to withdraw and was told I needed to put in more money. I never received a response to any of my calls or messages, and that's when I realized I had been duped by this company. I confided in a coworker and the staff at R O C K P I L E L . COM who recommended them, and within three days, I recovered my money back.

They refused to pay me for months, leaving me frustrated and without any way to access my funds. No matter how many times I tried to contact them, they either ignored my requests or gave excuses.
