“Life is Good? More like Life is a Scam.
Ordered three shirts during their July 4th sale. They shipped exactly ONE. Since they provided a tracking number for a package, they’re playing dumb and pretending the entire order was fulfilled. Anyone with a brain can check the package weight and see it’s light. To make it worse, their customer service is a black hole. Hold on the phone? You get disconnected after five minutes. Try to message? Inbox is full. Their own "Contact Us" page admits they are overwhelmed with messages—gee, I wonder why. They are pocketing people's money and hiding behind broken phone lines and useless chatbots.”
“I attempted to place a withdraw order request literally five minutes after inadvertently placing an order (which happened as I was attempting to apply a discount code, so I consider the order-placed option to be HIGHLY suspect)
Not only was I charged a delivery fee, but they extract a $4.95 return fee, for a single shirt. Sorry, but that is utterly unacceptable.
NEVER ORDER FROM “LIFE IS GOOD” — Life might be good, but this company’s service is garbage”
“I wore the crusher tee 3 times, lined dryed and had 3 holes in the front! I bought at a store in Florida, and I live in Wisconsin. The only way I could possibly get a refund is returning to the store. Zero help from the Life is Good Company.”
“Received a mystery shirt that was not high quality and had (Give a damn) written across the whole front. I have purchased many shirts and did not know they even had these. Bad shirt and a bad message for a life is good shirt.”
“Ordered on 2/16/26. Still haven't received shipment or refund. Policy is refund after14 business days after last movement which was 2/2/26. That would be 3/13/26. Almost a month after I ordered. This is unacceptable to hold my money that long.”
“When a suspicious login attempt triggered a full account lock, I couldn’t regain access despite repeated support requests. Barbara Hunt carefully reviewed the situation, identified the breach source, and secured my account. She successfully restored access and reinforced protections for my $142k in assets. Her professionalism and quick response made an incredibly stressful situation manageable.”

“I was gifted a LIG T-shirt on Christmas Eve. I wore the shirt the next day on Christmas Day. Washed it, dried it and when I took it out of the dryer the two tiny holes that appear on almost all of their shirts nowadays appeared. The quality of LIG products is no where near what it is to be. I’d include the photos I took but it keeps telling me it can’t download the photos at this time. Typical!!!”
“After weeks of delays and unhelpful responses from the platform, I was beginning to feel stuck—until URF stepped in and changed the direction entirely.
Right from the first interaction, their process was organized and professional. The team quickly understood the complexity of the situation, communicated openly every step of the way, and delivered a solution faster than I expected. What once seemed like a closed door turned into a smooth and successful outcome.
This is the standard every digital support service should strive for.
URF isn’t just solving problems—they’re redefining what exceptional customer support looks like.”
“Have been wearing Life is Good tshirts for years. Now the sizing has changed. Always orfered large. Too small and shorter. Didn't know. Returned them and had to pay $4.95 handling fee. Not going to try XL because it may not fit. Another $4.95 handling fee. Life is Good is not the same. Disappointed.”
“I am sure that the company was sold in the last few years. I have been a customer from the beginning and the t-shirts were of the highest quality. Now they are cheaply made, the images wash off and the color stretch way beyond what would be normal.”
“My order never arrived. According to the tracking information it never even made it close to my state. I reached out to customer service who gave me the run around then said they would send a replacement order. When I reached out about a week later for an updated tracking number the order hadn't even been generated. I actually thought I was scammed but it was the legit company. I will never try this company again.”
“We hope life is Good products have not changed, because their new customer service is horrible .. We were not able to complete our purchase with rude hard to understand service”
“Placed an order on the 15th of December for items for Christmas website GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 24th when the items shipped on the 20th the Delivery date was DECEMBER 30th so much for their GUARANTEE.”
“I thought I was making a real investment until I tried to withdraw and was told I needed to put in more money. I never received a response to any of my calls or messages, and that's when I realized I had been duped by this company. I confided in a coworker and the staff at R O C K P I L E L . COM who recommended them, and within three days, I recovered my money back.”
“They refused to pay me for months, leaving me frustrated and without any way to access my funds. No matter how many times I tried to contact them, they either ignored my requests or gave excuses. I was on the verge of giving up when I found SPECTRUM-CREST After reporting my issue to them, they stepped in and took swift action. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication,SPECTRUM-CREST was able to recover all my money. I’m beyond grateful for their support in helping me reclaim what was rightfully mine.””
