“I am hoping this is the correct way to write a review, here goes:
I received exceptional customer service from Leo in Key West Florida. I was brought back a tshirt from key West in a great Life is Good bag. I liked it so much I called the store and talked to Leo and ask if I could buy 10 bags and have them mailed to me in Washington, he made it happen with lots of kindness, he was exceptional. He is one fabulous employee.”
“I love the merchandise and customer service. I have had timely deliveries and even with questions I have had for customer service the response was quick and the result more than expected.”
“After 9 months the coating has come off the sunglasses. Retailed told us there was a 2 year warranty and to call Life Is Good. They refuse to do ANYTHING. They do NOT stand behind their product. Do NOT waste your money buying their products. Total RIP OFF!!”
“I used to like your t shirts but now the colors are bright and they stretch too much and look worse than a man’s t shirt on me. I guess they will go to charity. They’re no better than Walmart t-shirts.”

“HORRIBLE Customer Service!! I ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for my mother ordered on 12/5 still have not received. Refuse to refund. I will never order from this place again,”
“I bought several shirts over the years. I’ve loved their products. But their images started coming off and it looks very shabby. Life is Good’s customer service sucks!!! They brushed it off as “the shirts are two years old. So sorry.” Well, then.. put that on your product and website. “Will look worn and shabby in less than two years.” I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
