I sent proof to them via email and the said I would need to go back to the shop, I asked if they could give me the difference back via a gift voucher,\r\nBut they never answered my email they just shut the case. Really poor customer service."

"I did not receive the pants I ordered, I was sent the wrong pair and the customer support have ignored my issue and denied they done anything wrong I can see from the site reviews they also sent others the wrong products, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, \nCustomer service were completely un helpful and disregarded their mistakes, I have still not received the calls I've been promised from support managers but one email disregarding my issue as a site mistake and stating that I was in the wrong, have a look at the images of the product I was sent and the product I ordered they are completely different, since my complaints the product I ordered has been removed from their site, maybe to hid their mistakes.
