“I ordered a duvet cover and on the website it is white in the back ground and the one that I received is grey. I have tried several times to contact yourselves by telephone and your constantly on hold. I have also sent an email and heard nothing back. Not very good customer service!”

Hi Ingrid, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. Our phone lines can get busy and we do advise to simply leave a message if you can't get through. “Have sent a message to customer services about the quality of the calender .Very poor quality calender the boxes are empty and the ones that do have a makeup item in are impossible to get out still waiting a reply from customer services. Mr Nick Grey”
