My follow up reviews about not receiving a refund on goods that were never sent keeps been taken off this site. Possible resort to the small claims court or let the credit card company deal with it under section 75. The small claims court is my preferred course of action then the defendant can have the privilege of paying my court costs. Warning, not giving me my money back will involve you having to pay more than the cost of the item. Reporting you to your nearest council office, Trading Standards, good information for Watchdog too.

Hello! I received Bedding Heaven Reversible Flannelette Duvet Cover Set, Checked LOMOND Brushed Cotton Quilt Cover Set. Blue, Terracotta, Red. Single, Double, King Size. (Superking Duvet Cover, Red) from Lifestylish recently. The product itself was fine - pretty, but not the soft brushed cotton described, which was fine. I removed packaging, washed product and air dried before putting it on my bed. It wasn't until I went to bed that night that I noticed a manufacturing fault with the product; whoever was responsible for sewing the thing must have gotten bored at the last quarter, and simply failed to complete the item. Nevertheless, this was 11pm at night, so I simply decided to sew it and let the company know of the fault the next day. Granted, I wasn't looking for a refund, necessarily - even a voucher for a £10 off my next order would do; after all, manufacturing errors happen all the time. However, I was told there was 'nothing' they could do, other than offer me a 20% partial refund if I didn't leave a 1 star review on Amazon (they didn't say anything about Trustpilot). I admitted that I thought that it was a ridiculous offer, given that they had willingly sent out a faulty product - quality assurance mustn't be an issue for Lifestylish or the manufacturers they choose to use, which says everything you need to know about them, doesn't it? I then had to endure a mansplaining session from Marc in which he explained to a former customer service and sales manager (now award winning PR professional) how refunds and client relationships with manufactures work. There was a fun - albeit incorrect - analogy about televisions too, which was really nice and not at all patronising. Please note - there was no word or confirmation about my refund. I then responded that I hadn't missed the point, as Marc had so selflessly explained, and that I would have been happy with a refund for the inconvenience of not only a faulty product, but having to endure the moronic witterings of Marc the customer service agent to boot. I was then told that the company were reporting my Amazon account to Amazon and that they refused to respond to any more emails. So, I'm going to be using any outlet possible in order to get my refund - whether this be the disgustingly meagre 20% as agreed in writing, or a full refund, just because I'm angry and don't like being spoken down to by misogynists in a role that robots are slowly taking over.

Hello, Sorry to hear you received a faulty item from us at Lifestylish and whilst we do our best to quality check items, sometimes defects happen at the manufacturers that we may be unaware of. We normally offer a 100% refund on faulty items and are keen to assist as best as possible, but as you'd altered the item we are unable to accept the item back. The next best solution was to offer you a partial refund, which is in line with Government guidance under the Distance Selling Act. (Further reading - https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds) Feedback extortion will not be tolerated by us and clearly from your initial communication today you were unwilling to let us assist you. Kind regards, Lee Lifestylish Ltd.

I purchased a b didn't set. It never arrived and I had to contact them twice to follow the order up. A few days later the contacted me to say that it was lost in the post. Then the item wouldn't be in stock for a while. So I wasn't very pleased with the situation. I know it's not their fault but I didn't like the fact I had to chase them up twice before they got back to me. But it was refunded straight away which was very good on their part

I ordered a bed set and received a flannel, I was not happy at all , when I emailed my complaint the response I got I feel was not a professional one. I am yet to see if I receive the correct order, £17.99 is a lot to pay for a flannel, who ever packed that and sent it and sent the wrong item needs to be pulled up.

Ebay=They are a law unto their self, they could not care about their customers as long as they get their money. I will never, never deal with them again.

Terrible customer service, promised 10% discount and despite repeated phone calls not received, final phone call to Lee who I understand is the owner who said I was being hostile and put the phone down on me! Read your web site Lee, you say that you value your customers, strange way to value someone.
