Thanks Lee. The Covid and healthy workplace section was required, but has since been able to be removed and it is no longer part of our training.

For anyone considering taking our training, its important to know that our questions are straightforward and not designed to be tricky or “shifty”. We also allow you to take the exam until you pass, which most operators do on their first attempt. This person may have struggled where most did not. All of the exam answers are in the course, which you can revisit at any time.

For anyone looking to take the training, please know that the exam is longer than one question. Makayla' was contacted to ask why she would say this, as each section has a quiz and the end of the training has a final exam. “As someone who has driven a forklift in the past, there are a lot of important things left off here that should be explained and included better--inching pedal, how to refuel a propane lift, and more visualizations practice.”

Hi Marshal - Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. The training is meant to cover a very wide variety of topics in a concise manner, as mandated by OSHA. We focus on primary operation, which does touch on inching pedals in the section titled "Operating a Forklift" and refueling in the lesson titled "Internal Combustion Forklift Refueling". Our training material includes visualizations and imagery to depict the most important aspects of forklift operation.
