“The course is pretty seemless to take, and the quizzes are not difficult to answer. You just need to read the information, or listen to the audio reader. I wanted to give this course a 5-star review, but there are two things I didn't like. One, maybe I didn't see it on the webpage, but practical lesson is not included or information as to where to get it. Two, it is not the cheapest course out there like it declared.”

HI Phong - Thanks for the review. Glad the course was smooth and seamless. To clarify: this training is the first step in a two step process, and both steps are required. We do explain this on our site prior to registration, and it is outlined in the first lesson in the training. As for price, we are one of the most affordable, particularly for groups.

Hi Matthew - The training is a mix of images, diagrams, audio, and text/visuals. The instructors built the training to accommodate all types of learners, and both English and Spanish speakers.

Our tests and quizzes are designed to reinforce key safety concepts - not to be tricky or frustrating, but to make sure the material is understood before receiving your certification. We do allow you to go back into the training to review material as you take the test.
