“Sadly do not order if you live in N.Ireland. I paid for the delivery only to be disappointed that both items were in poor condition, cracked and with holes. I did not then feel the items to be worth the money they were. I was not allowed to choose a different set and they would have cost more money. I had to pay for the return of the items. All i was allowed was a replacement of the same. In this day and age where has customer care gone !! I am now out £30. Stay with local suppliers, lesson learned.”
Hi Noreen, I am sorry to hear you feel let down by our service. As you stated we did offer you replacements at no charge as we would with any product if arrived damaged. If an item is no longer wanted due to unsuitability then it is to be returned at the expense of the customer. I am sure you can appreciate we would not be able to provide a Free collection service for unwanted products as it would invite many customers to over order large range of products to then just ask for the majority to be returned leading to a further risk of fragile products getting damaged in the process.

“I found the delivery time and condition of the packaging to be excellent. The customer service was also excellent, in particular there was a young lady I spoke to (forgotten her name) a few times and her demeaner and helpfullnes is what every Co. should wish for.
The light it's self is great, I wished the lighist to be connected with the wire on the surface of the wall leading down to a switch socket. As the light was not designed for this, all it took was cutting a slot underneath the dimmer, filing it to enable a round cable to be inserted into the slot and hey presto. I use the lights for above each side of the bed, and use them as reading lights. The dimmer is great also, which allows me to dim my light, so as not to disturb the sleeping beauty beside me when she is sleeping.”

Majestic Lighting on the internet proved to be one of the cheapest suppliers with a good feedback rating so we ordered it from them. Their communication and customer service did not prove otherwise.
