They state on ads “30 day no hassle returns” but they don’t tell you return is to China and expensive to send back and instead offered $6 refund and to keep items. I didn’t want this and told them it was false advertising to say hassle free returns but in fact full of hassle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - it’s a total scam and they probably factor in the $6 refund to the overpriced and poor quality items.

The 2 jumpsuits were not cotton as shown and the shape was horrible I will never wear them. And they say it's too expensive to return and for a $70 order they've offered a $5 refund. So so bad. Total scam company. They use my sister's pics from Jens Pirate Booty she would never sell to them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE please read this complaint and save yourself money ! Ordered two different kinds of pants - Fresh air pocketed smocked pants Material: Slub cotton And Kamille linen blend high rise smocked pants When I received my order I was very unhappy and contacted as soon as possible Fresh air pocketed smocked pants: firstly the fabric was cotton polyester blend when it’s advertised as slub cotton The pockets have been half stitched over so you can’t even use them, the stitching over the pants was off and strands of thread all over the place Measurements are completely wrong very small fitting, even went over sizing guide Kamille linen blend high rise smocked pants Fabric is advertised as lined, when received it was cotton polyester, poorly bad, the stitching over the pants was off and strands of thread all over the place Measurements are completely wrong very small fitting, even went over sizing guide I contacted the company and explained the products they sent are not what was ordered and provided photos of the pants showing the fabric was incorrect and how poorly made they were, they advised I had to pay for the return if I wanted a refund, I tried to go through PayPal as I originally purchased through them the company tried to offer a VERY small refund and I declined the offer, the case through PayPal was closed and I was unable to do anything through them, I contact the company again through email and reluctantly agreed to pay the $50 aus shipping fee back to china if they could confirm I would get the full refund, I confirmed the return address multiple times and the parcel was sent, 4 months later the parcel is returned to MY address with insufficient address, I have tried to contact them and they have either not replied or advised they haven’t received the parcel despite me saying (multiple times ) the parcel was return to my address Now I have wasted $250 AUS on these pants which are not worth even a cent and also wasted $50 on trying to ship them back Please do not buy from this company please listen please do not waste your money I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have !

Sizing, sizing, sizing. What I received looked as though it was made for a child rather than my size. Quality was lacking as well, and to top it off, try and return for a refund.

No contact phone. They don't answer emails. Got a $116 refund of a $178 refund. No explanation. It takes a rocket scientist to figure out the return procedure. Even when I followed the process I still didn't get all my money back and no answer to my email. Chucked it up as a lesson. Will never buy from again.

The dress looked nothing like the picture wasn't even the same material as the picture also there measurement chart is so out as the dress was way to big also it took forever to arrive so by the time you want a refund it's too late cause they make sure it takes over the 30days to arrive

TOTALLY UNETHICAL, GARBAGE PRODUCTS, WONT REFUND, LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD!

92 to return it, 1/3rd the amount of the cost of the dress! I was disturbed to learn LILIGAL reduced the refund.

On other reviews I read where customers believe they are out their money. Contact PayPal or your credit card dispute teams to at least get a partial refund of your hard-earned money. I totally agree this company sucks but try to get some of your money back. And friends won’t let friends buy from this crappy company.
