There are many items that I would like to order, but I see that too many people have had a problem. Is there a store in the Springfield, PA area where you can purchase these styles? My sister did purchase some items that she loved, but I am also afraid of the size.

I returned items on the 30-day return policy on 10/09/2018. The address I was given for the return was: Receiver: Jimmy 2552 s Alameda st Los Angeles, CA 90058 USA Order No. E318334 and Order No. E304421 I have not received my refund for almost $200 nor have I had any correspondence from your company regarding this matter. I emailed once and was told you would look into the matter yet I have heard nothing. Today I filed with the US Postal Service to track the package. I feel like a fool being taken advantage of. Please clear up this matter. You are not making a good name for your company with poor customer service and return policy.

Why does Pay Pal do business with this company. I was totally unaware of the very poor reviews when placing my order. I wanted the items for Christmas and the package hasn't even been shipped yet from the tracking info.
