“I have bought from Lima beads seven times so far. They are very consistent in terms of quality, shipping times, and with ensuring that everything that is ordered gets to the customer. Out of the many dozens of different beads and findings that I've ordered, the vast majority have been excellent quality and without flaws. I can count on one hand the number of times that I've found a bead without a hole drilled in or a metal finding that is tarnished in an order. Purchased items have also always come packaged in a very organized, secure fashion.
I've bought jewelry supplies from competitors like Fire Mountain, different Etsy stores, and at big box stores and I find that Lima has been the best purchasing experience out of all of them. I think that their selection of items is fantastic and fun and easy to browse through.
Overall, highly recommend to my fellow beaders out there. My bead stash is mostly Lima stuff now, and I couldn't be more pleased with what I have to work with. :)”

“I have been buying products from Lima Beads for 4 years now. Customer service is great, communication is done thru email-I have NEVER had an issue with them responding. Products are competitively priced ( and I do a fair amount of comparison shopping always) RETURNS are VERY easy, simply follow their very clear concise instructions PRINT AND KEEP COPIES OF RMA. I have RETURNED a few ITEMS for refund over the years with NO PROBLEM. Be cognizant your refund will reflect the discount code which you applied to your order. You are sent notifications which you may track upon shipment of your order.”
