“Order placed on 16th September for a Nintendo switch lite for my child’s birthday, order stated 1-3 days Royal Mail tracked, which is false, as I have still not received my order and has been confirmed by Royal Mail that parcels are sent 2nd class Not tracked! Royal Mail have confirmed they have now classed the order as lost, but the company are still refusing refund!!!! I had to go and purchase another switch from Argos on the day of my child’s birthday. Absolute shambles of a company and customer service have just fobbed me off after numerous messages! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY LIME PRO GAMING!!!!!”
