“Anyone form EU don't buy . Tax is high plus UPS also charge 20eur just for handling import documents in total tube price went above 60eur. Otherwise shipping box was very poor condition but it arrived safely.”

“Ordered 2 of the same flavour GFuel hydration tubs from Lime Pro. First one came without issue, very fast. Second one which was ordered the same day didn’t arrive, a few weeks later I emailed and they said they would send it over as there was a mistake. When it arrived it was the complete wrong flavour. Wasn’t massively impressed with the communication or anything. Very disappointed with the service.”

“they are legit and the products are delivered quickly and in good condition, however the starter packs are advertised as ‘random servings’ I ordered 2 3 days apart and received the exact same flavours”

“I'm not sure if it is LPG that are selling the satchets as is, but I received mine last week or so - the mixture inside the satchel packs come clumped up and hard to mix, compared to the tub, which came as a fine powder (how it's supposed to). 3 stars for the delivery coming on time, but I can't give any more than that due to the poor quality of the satchets (again, I'm not sure if this is LPG or a Gfuel thing). Also, the contents of the satchets were inconsistent between them - cotton candy satchet had more powder than some of the others (again, not sure if this is a Gfuel intended thing or LPG sending out damaged / lower quality satchets).”

“I love Gfuel, but it is quite annoying that Gfuel BOGO only ships to America and you don't do a BOGO. So I'm having to pay double for half the tubs on here. I will be searching for a way to get hold of this cheaper, as I am paying an extra £14 per tub and there is also no BOGO so honestly quite disappointed.”

“I generally like the product, especially how it looks. I think I have a fundamental issue with it. No matter how tightly I screw the lid on, when I drink from it, there is seepage around where the screw in part is to the main flask. I screwed it on very tightly assuming I hadnt done it correctly firt time yet..this still happened. I shouldnt have to screw it on any tighter than I did. I wonder if anyone else has this problem? The drinks themselves are very nice really, and a good alternative to coke and red bull which is the sort of thing I tend to drink”

“Primary gripe is that the delivery was late. I had taken a day off work to be there when the package was delivered. I don't get paid for days off so I then had to arrange overtime to make up for my loss. Please, please ensure you deliver on the day you say you are going to deliver on. Anything else is unacceptable. Goods delivered in a good condition and I am enjoying the product, but your late delivery left a sour taste in the mouth.”

“Ordered a tub of GFuel, package arrived 2 days later, but I recieved the wrong flavoured tub. Recieved the correct tub 2 weeks later with a complimentary metal LPG shaker.”

“Lime Pro Gaming were great but as long as they use UPS for deliveries I won't be usinh them again, UPS left my parcel on my door step in the rain for more than 6 hours.”

“Paid extra for delivery. While it's not specifically for faster delivery you would expect that to at least mean delivery is on time, which it was not. A full 3 working days late which isn't acceptable. For this reason I've only given 3 star review as it is the kind of service you would expect of a mediocre company rather than a 5 start company.”
