Your company is a joke and you sell broke stuff and do nothing about a replacement or refund I won't be using this place and neither should anyone who doesn't have money to waste

I used to love this company for getting gfuel, after this recent problem I have lost all respect for this company. My package was damaged on transport and not delivered. The customer “service” are incompetent workers who fail to even correctly spell words on a professional email. I have been asking them several times for a status update on whenever I’m getting a refund or a replacement and have had radio silence for atleast 4 days

Probably fine if you don't have a problem as price and delivery was good. However if, like me, you have defective product then good luck getting a refund. Extremely poor customer services.

Order placed on 16th September for a Nintendo switch lite for my child’s birthday, order stated 1-3 days Royal Mail tracked, which is false, as I have still not received my order and has been confirmed by Royal Mail that parcels are sent 2nd class Not tracked! Royal Mail have confirmed they have now classed the order as lost, but the company are still refusing refund!!!! I had to go and purchase another switch from Argos on the day of my child’s birthday. Absolute shambles of a company and customer service have just fobbed me off after numerous messages! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY LIME PRO GAMING!!!!!

I like the products Lime Pro Gaming have to offer but their delivery service is appalling. Constantly late and sometimes disappears completely and the customer service doesn't help too much. Shame as I would buy a lot from LPG but after one late/missing delivery, complaint and a discount compensation - use the discount only for the second delivery to also be late/missing... lost customer.

Honestly seriously disappointed with the service on this website, ordered 4 parcels from them and they have managed to mess up 3, I ordered a tub of Gfuel they sent me one nothing like the tub, then it says my parcel is out for delivery today, but I’ve just received an email saying that they’re out of an item that’s meant to be in my parcel and if I want it swapping or refunding, yet it’s out for delivery? Company’s is a disgrace and I will not be using again

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered over 20 days ago… still no route t received or communication to say otherwise. Save your money. It’s probabaly a scam

Ordered as Christmas gift via website. Delivered via amazon with my mums name on outer packaging and my name on internal delivery note. Requested refund on 21st December. Waited weeks for "approval" and return label. Currently still waiting for refund absolutely disgusting customer service and communication.

I was send used headphones, express delivery for this company (£12.99) it’s 5 days . After contacting about headphones and asking why they send used staff I was drag into Mail explanation return form filling and after another 4 days I did not receive acceptance for return Beware
