Good prices, but considering i got the email to rate the product but havent received it yet, i would say its very bad since the 3 to 7 days are long gone passed

I'm sorry to have to write a poor review. Next day delivery so an item is assured to be with you ASAP, and as I write this we are now moving towards 2 weeks. What is very sad is that the item shows as not even dispatched which I'm afraid places the issue with the company, not the delivery service.

Hi Arran, I've looked into your order and I can understand that it hasn't arrived. Sadly DPD have misplaced the parcel at the depot of which we've had a number of orders like this that was placed on the 20th, we've spoken to DPD and they have advised that it may come during and after the Christmas peak when the warehouse purge all parcels to get them back in the network. However I know you're out of pocket, so what I've done is manage to dispatch a brand new shaker kit bundle for you today, and hope it will be with you before the new year *please note this isn't guaranteed sadly! Also what I've done as well is added £5.00 back to your card as a gesture goodwill and hope that helps the situation even more. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. Joe

Placed an order on the 17th December, was told 3-5 days for shipping which i expected to be longer given the time of year, its now Christmas day and my order hasnt been shipped but yet they’ll ask me for a review.

Hi David, I can see your order was placed on the 18th at 9.03am has left us on the 20th of which was the next working day when we're back in the office. It was sent via Royal Mail as it's going to Northern Ireland. 0E023751700082310939C - This service isn't tracked until it reaches the destination. I'm sorry that you've had to wait this long, as a gesture of good will, I've refunded £5.00 back to your payment method and hope that changes your mind, also when you next order from us, please let me know by email joe@lpg.gg with your order ID, and I will personally make sure it goes out on a different service and add a gift in there too!
