2 of my last 3 orders there has been a problem. One was a wrong product sent and for the most recent one even after preordering the same day for cans, the flavour I ordered they said "We're out of HYPE SAUCE CAN X12, what do you want it swapped too? I do aplogise here." after explaining how disappointed I was I got a response of I will pass your flavour change to the sales team. I will be ordering GFUEL elsewhere from now on

purchased the wrong device and contacted literally 20 mins after receiving item from courier, was told as I had opened it I couldn't return it, was not offered exchange, I didn't ask for a refund as wanted the correct one, was basically told tough luck, wasted £40 awful, avoid!!!

I've asked for a exchange/refund and they have not responded to me very poor contact system this is the second Zen I have bought from them because my other one broke via the USB ports just like the one I bought a couple days ago which came to me delivered broken

Nothing bad about the products, but lime pro gaming promised me 3 to 7 delivery days. It has now been 12 days and I haven't even had the luxury of getting an apology or a message regarding the massive delay. I really wish I knew something of this beforehand.

Bought an Astro A10 headset because they were cheaper than most other places, lo and behold after around a week the microphone has inexplicably stopped working and their team still hasn’t responded to any of my communication. Avoid them.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my package. Ordering from GFuel is actually faster and cheaper.

Firstly their "next day" delivery is actually 2-day delivery... Despite me ordering at 8am for next-day delivery, they didn't hand over the package to DPD until the next day. Secondly, the order was missing 2 items. I ordered the starter pack which came with the 4 sachets and the shaker, but then I also ordered 4 individual sachets 2 of which were missing. Whilst they did rectify their incompetence, i would avoid LPG like the plague. Not worth spending money with them. Definitely won't be using them again.

Spent a lot of money on a gaming headset to be told they need updating ( wasn’t in description I wouldn’t of brought them if I knew I don’t own laptop or pc also they don’t charge ) been waiting nearly 2 weeks for them to send me a returns slip , very poor customer service no communication what’s so every only saying update them which I explained I can’t so I’m now stuck with over £230 worth of headset that can’t be used 😡

Absolutely awful the package I ordered did not arrive on time, it arrived over a week and a half late And on top of that, I had to pay extra 30 euros in tax I demand a refund of 30 euros
