“Lime Pro Gaming were great but as long as they use UPS for deliveries I won't be usinh them again, UPS left my parcel on my door step in the rain for more than 6 hours.”

Hi David, I can see your order was placed on a Friday night ( after our advised 3pm cutoff time for same day dispatch ) due to this your item was dispatched on the next working day (monday) and delivered next working day (tuesday) this means the next working day service selected was successful, we hope this clears things up many thanks

“Spent a lot of money on a gaming headset to be told they need updating ( wasn’t in description I wouldn’t of brought them if I knew I don’t own laptop or pc also they don’t charge ) been waiting nearly 2 weeks for them to send me a returns slip , very poor customer service no communication what’s so every only saying update them which I explained I can’t so I’m now stuck with over £230 worth of headset that can’t be used 😡”

“Very professional, always received my orders and they are always well packed, my past orders consist of gfuel (cause they sell it the cheapest and often with discounts) ctrl meal replacements as i can't find it anywhere else so i hope you continue to sell it on your site, and an astro headset.
