“Top notch service. Thought I never received my item, sent to my parents house to keep away from prying little eyes... haha but they hid it thinking it was there package. Even with my mistake they helped me track the package etc to... my mums house and I then tracked it to her cupboard. Oops. One improvement they could make is email updates. I never got any "package sent/out for delivery/delivered" email at all. Hence the confusion. As for the item? A little cheat box for COD. Turns out it makes you shoot identically the same as every pro streamer you watch ;)”

“Generally happy with previous orders however the returns policy is poor at 14 days. We ordered a batch for my step son at the end of November however on the 17th December his mum decided he's no longer allowed it and we now can't return it. *Update - After writing the above review Joe from Lime Pro got in touch with me immediately and based on it being a Christmas gift and the other issue offered a refund. They were very quick to send me a returns label and the package will be posted back to them tomorrow. Great customer service!!”

Hi Barrinda, our return policy states 14 days after purchase for any refunds or returns. However as it was a Christmas gift I'm happy to entitle this return, minus the cost of shipping back to us.
